New addition to the JKS England coaching setup

JKS England is proud to announce that Ashley Scott-Heald Sensei is now officially part of the coaching setup of the JKS England National Squad.

Ashley, who last year graded to 5th Dan, will be taking over the position vacated by Nick Heald Sensei.

All at JKS England wish Nick all the best in his new role as an EKF referee and thank him for his tireless work with the squad. Especially the behind-the-scenes work that has helped so much in the squad’s development.

Ashley has been training in karate for 21 yeas, she has successfully competed at the highest level as part of the EKF England Team and has fought all over the world in K1 events. On top of all this, Ashley has had a stunning domestic career, she has been British Karate Federation Champion and British International Open Champion. She has been multiple JKS National kata and kumite champion and double JKS European Champion as well as JKS World Bronze Medallist.

Ashley Sensei will be joining head coach Matt Price Sensei and is looking forward to using her knowledge and drive to benefit all.
