Hisham Saif and the Al-Ghazali Karate Club of Liverpool join JKS England
JKS England are extremely proud to announce that Hisham Saif and his club Al-Ghazali, based in Liverpool have joined the federation.
Hisham is 3rd Dan and has practised karate since he was 5 years old. He has been competing from a very early age and has a fantastic track record, particularly in Kata. As a Junior he was a KUGB Grand Champion before moving onto the senior winning the KUGB Senior Kata title in five consecutive years between 2011 and 2015.
Hisham has also achieved major international success as a competitor, both as a Junior and then as a senior notably becoming ESKA European Kata Champion in 2012, 2014 and 2015 and WSKA World Kata Champion in 2013 and 2015. He has also gained experience on the WKF circuit medalling in some high level events. He has attended 2 WKF world championships and 2 AKF Asian Karate Championships.
Hisham has a degree in Sports management degree and is also a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness instructor and Sports massage therapist. He enjoys learning about the science of the body and its benefit to karate training, the mental, social and health benefits.
