Cotgrave Shotokan Karate Club joins JKS England
We would like to announce the joining of Cotgrave Shotokan Karate Club from Nottinghamshire.
The club was founded in 1974 making the club one of the longest established clubs in the area.
They are dedicated to the promotion and teaching of Traditional Shotokan Karate-do.
Classes are led by Chief Instructor Andy Beeston, Nidan who started his Karate training at the club in 1989 and graded both Shodan and Nidan under Shiro Asano Sensei.
During his time in Karate Andy has had the privilege of training with some top Japanese instructors.
Classes are held twice a week at Cotgrave Candleby Lane School on Mondays and Thursdays between 6:30pm & 7:30pm.
