Best ever results at the BKF 4 Nations
On the weekend of Saturday 28th May and Sunday 29th May 2016 the JKS England team were at Ponds Forge International Arena in Sheffield for the annual British Karate Federation 4 Nations Championships.
The event is British Karate's premier national event attracting the best competitors from England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to battle it out under WKF rules.
JKS England finished in 5th place at the Championships out of an entry of 82 teams, which was an excellent result. It also shows the immense improvement in the team having come 35th in 2013, 14th in 2014 and 7th in 2015.
This was a fantastic effort by all JKS competitors. The final medal tally was 4 Gold, 2 Silver and 6 Bronze medals.
