Geoff Dixon and the Grantham Shotokan Karate Club join JKS England
The JKS would like to welcome Geoff Dixon and his dojo, the Grantham Shotokan Karate Club to our organisation.
Geoff has been a long time friend of JKS England having attended many courses and seminars as well as being a well respected referee on many occasions at our open national championships.

Geoff began his karate journey in 1977 studying Wadoryu before eventually transferring to Shotokan under the KUGB in 1985 and gaining Shodan in 1989 under Eneoda Sensei. He subsequently graded to Sandan under Eneoda Sensei in 1997. Geoff is now a Godan and
trains extensively with a wide range of Japanese and European instructors.
Geoff is also a very skilled and experienced referee at both Shobu Ippon and WKF tournaments having officiated at countless tournaments over the years including the JKS Nationals. He is currently an EKF 'A' level kata judge and an EKF 'B' provisional kumite
referee.
